What’s included?

Each workout is tailored with accessibility in mind, making them great for all levels. To make beginners even more confident, we have special introductory classes to help with terminology and modifications.

Wellness journeys are very personal and multi-dimensional. With our program, our goal is to instill healthy habits and balance. With consistency and care over a period of time, you should see and feel results.

We want you to be happy, and that means even if you feel like this program isn’t for you. Canceling or pausing your membership is easy and can be done at any time during the month. Yearly memberships are non-refundable.
